Vtg Necklace Silver Chinese Repousse Coral Bauxite Cinnabar African White Hearts. From an estate of world traveler. Main pendant of Chinese repousse silver or silver color metal. Other beads of silver color, metal content also unknown. Some of these beads have enamel accents. One silver enamel fish bead does have a missing stone or other bit that was once inserted and affixed. Several carved coral cicada beads. The brownish beads near the top area appear to be made of bauxite. Beads also include those of carnelian, glass, Sponge coral, some other kind of pinkish striated chunky coral, African orange glass white hearts. And perhaps some of amber. I don’t know. Also some coins and/or medallions are affixed. At least one of these appears to be old with Arabic writing upon it. This may need to be restrung. Length is about 16.5 inches at longest. Inner circumference is about 26 inches or so, plus or minus. Necklace weighs about 261 grams overall. Pieces have been gently cleaned. Outside of the missing stone in the enamel fish head, there doesn’t seem to be any major breaks or chipping or other damage. Please examine photos carefully. Item has been gently cleaned but not polished recently. So some soiling, oxidation, and/or patina may remain. Please be sure to Supersize photos (the ones along body of listing; not the ones at the top of the listing) to get better idea of condition detail..
